Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) has tied down an agreement to overhaul and support the British Army's Fuchs (Fox) CBRN surveillance vehicles and preparing test system.
The £16m contract was granted by the UK's Ministry of Defense.
The Fuchs is a 6×6 protected vehicle equipped for distinguishing substance, natural, radiological and atomic (CBRN) dangers. Germany conveyed 11 Fuchs vehicles to the British Army in 1990 to help ground tasks during the First Gulf War.
