 The United States says it does not want war with Iran and does not believe Tehran wants war either. The Pentagon reported that in addition to our soldiers killed in the attack, more than 40 soldiers were injured, most with cuts, bruises, mental illness and similar injuries. Eight people were hospitalized, three of whom were at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. Five other people with "mild brain injuries" must return to work.
Officials said the US military may have mistook an enemy drone for a US drone and allowed it to enter the Jordanian desert, killing three American soldiers there. According to preliminary information shared by the two officials, while the enemy drone was flying at low altitude, a US drone was returning to a small area known as Tower 22.

Pentagon spokesman vows to "work" in response to attack on US military. Sabrina Singer accused Iran of supporting anti-US groups and said the latest attacks were the "footprint" of Iran-backed Khatib Hezbollah.

The latest conflict comes as the United States faces a war-like trade war in the Red Sea, where Yemen's Houthis have launched missiles at commercial ships, including oil tankers, threatening to disrupt the supply chain.

It was also reported that the USA carried out air strikes on the ground in Yemen in retaliation for the Red Sea. The Houthis expressed their solidarity with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza on the Red Sea. Indian Navy ship INS Sumitra completed its second anti-piracy mission and rescued 19 crew members and a ship from pirates in Somalia in the Arabian Sea, an Indian Navy spokesman said on Tuesday.
