Pawan Kalyan's Janasena Party Establishes Section To "Defend Sanatana Dharma"
Pawan Kalyan unveiled the 'Deepam-2' program providing free cooking gas cylinders in Jagannadhapuram village. Janasena Party (JSP) Leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, introduced the 'Narasimha Varahi Brigade,' a special unit within his party focused on safeguarding Sanatana Dharma.
"I honor all religions, but I uphold my belief firmly." Individuals who criticize Sanatana Dharma on social media or speak disrespectfully about it will experience the repercussions. Therefore, on Saturday in his speech, Pawan Kalyan announced the creation of a special wing within our party called the 'Narasimha Varahi Brigade' to safeguard Sanatana Dharma. This announcement coincided with Pawan Kalyan's launch of the 'Deepam-2' initiative, providing free cooking gas cylinders in Jagannadhapuram village. Our commitment is to offer better welfare than the previous administration. Under the Deepam-2 program, we provide three gas cylinders annually to 1,08,39,286 qualified recipients in the state, at a cost of ₹2,684 crore per year. During the past five years, ₹ 13,425 crore has been allocated to welfare," stated the JSP Chief.
He highlighted that the coalition government places a high importance on the security of girls and women.
He promised severe consequences for individuals who threaten to harm or harass women.
The Deputy Chief Minister condemned YSRCP leaders, noting that despite only winning 11 seats, members and supporters of YSRCP have not changed their ways. It has only been a few months since our government took charge, yet they are already behaving as if something disastrous has happened, freely expressing themselves on social media. Henceforth, individuals spreading false information about the government will face repercussions. The speaker highlighted that members of the YSRCP are still behaving disrespectfully towards women online, despite suffering a major loss. It was emphasized that any mistreatment of women will not go unnoticed, and the online actions of those involved will be closely monitored. Henceforth, individuals who speak disrespectfully about women will be subject to strict consequences," he cautioned. The JSP Chief recounted his enduring relationship with the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple in IS Jaganathapuram, a place he sought solace in during a challenging period in 2009. Acknowledging its significance and holiness, he committed to advancing the temple's overall growth. He mentioned being briefed by officials on a planned budget of ₹ 2.5 crore for the temple's expansion and ₹ 2 crore for a security wall.
