डुल्लट रा का चीफ रहा है इस देश का। ये जैसे नशे में था दारू पिए था कच्ची दारू पिए था खुलेआम मां बहन की गालियां दे रहा है। गुंडे की तरह टूट पड़ा उस ऊपर और जरा गौर करिए इस पर कहीं कोई बोल नहीं रहा। कोई बोल नहीं रहा क्योंकि पत्रकार को तो उसने हमला किया ही किया। साथ में यह आदमी रा का चीफ रहा है और उसने संभवत यही पूछ लिया था कि आप पहले ऐसे रॉ के चीफ है जो एक पार्टी के रैली में आप शामिल हो रहे हाथ में हाथ डाल के यही कुछ सवाल था और इस पर इतनी बुरी तरह से उबल गया और ये बिल्कुल सत्य है देश सेवा की उसके बाद वो गायब हो गए और गुमनाम रहे।

ये आदमी मच मचाता रहता है और अभी इसके जरा कर समझिए। तो आज जब इसने गाली गलौज किए है तो इसके जो इसका जो अतीत है कि यह आदमी क्यों ना माना जाए कि पाकिस्तान का स्लीपर सेल था और इसका कारण है और ये पाकिस्तान की बहुत बड़ी सफलता थी। जरा इसको गौर करें कि 1990 से 1996 तक ये डुल्लट आईबी की कश्मीर डेस्क का इंचार्ज था। उसी 90 से 96 के दौरान कैसा हिंदुओं का कत्लेआम हुआ कैसे वहां से हिंदू खदेड़े गए हैं ये कोई छुपी हुई बात नहीं है और अपने उस पाप को छुपाने के लिए जब यहां पर कश्मीर फाइल्स पिक्चर आई तो इसने कहा कि ये प्रोपोगेंडा फाइल है वो सवाल पूछा था जो नौजवान बैठा है कि क्या गिरजा टिकू को मारा गया प्रोपोगेंडा फाइल है क्या जो एयर फोर्स के अधिकारी मारे गए का वो प्रोपोगंडा फाइल यह उस पर भमक गया

यह बहुत बड़ा उस आतंकी यासीन मलिक का बड़ा आशिक आदमी है ये और जिस समय देश में मांग चली थी जब गिरफ्तार हुआ था कि यासीन मलिक को फांसी दो तो ये उसके खिलाफ नंगाई कर रहा था लेकिन ये इसके छोटे पाप है।सबसे बड़ा पाप जो इसके दो बड़े पाप है। उससे मुक्त नहीं हो सकता। इससे कभी पूछा नहीं गया और कितना बड़ा षड्यंत्र था अटल जी के खिलाफ जरा इसको समझेंगे कि 1999 में डुल्लट बनता है रा का चीफ और 1999 से 2001 तक ये रा का चीफ रहता है 2000 तक और उसी दौरान उसी 1999 में कारगिल युद्ध होता है। कारगिल युद्ध की सबसे बड़ी वजह हमारा इंटेलिजेंस फेलोर था कि पाकिस्तान घुसकर भारत की सीमा में आ गया। उसने चोटियों पर कब्जा कर लिया। महीनों बैठा रहा और हमारी रा सोती रही?

चीफ कौन था? रा तो सोती नहीं रही। जानबूझकर इसने आंखें बंद कर ली थी। ये इसकी कहानी और जिस समय वो हुआ हमारा कंधार हाईजक आईसी 814 उस समय भी रा का चीफ यही था और उस समय इस आदमी के बिल्कुल सामने भूमिका है कि एक घंटे के लिए जब जहाज अमृतसर में उतरा तो एक घंटे के लिए घास छील रहा था क्या? ये का चीफ था। लेकिन इस आदमी ने वहां पर अमृतसर में जहाज को नहीं रोका और जब वो यूएई पहुंच गया तो कल वहां पर कमांडो कारवाई कर दी जाए। तो ये ये बेवकूफ बना रहा था देश को। तो और इसमें जो सबसे खास बात है कि इस आदमी को रा का चीफ किसनेबनाया?

क्योंकि ये आईबी का आदमी था।रा के कैडर का आदमी नहीं था और अचानक इसको रा में लाया गया। उसके बाद ये रा का चीफ बन गया 1999 में। तो उसकी कलई खोली एक्स RAW चीफ एन के सूद ने, उन्होंने बताया कि बृजेश मिश्रा जो अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार थे उनकी चॉइस था ये डुल्लट और इसके दो साल के कार्यकाल में क्या हुआ आपको बता दिया कि एक कारगिल युद्ध हुआ और Indian Air Lines आईसी 814 और इसको लेकर आने वाले बृजेश मिश्रा छ साल वो लगातार एनएसए अटल जी के साथ और उनको लगातार कोसती रही कांग्रेस सोनिया गांधी और उसी सोनिया गांधी की सरकार ने 2009 में बृजेश मिश्रा को पद्म विभूषण दिया था। किस बात के लिए दिया था? किस कौन सी सेवा करने के लिए दिया था? क्योंकि उसके बाद तो उनकी कोई सेवा ही नहीं थी। तो अटल जी के समय में क्या बृजेश मिश्रा ने क्या किया था किस तरह से स्लीपर से घुसेड़े थे? इसका एक नमूना है यह डुल्लट।

कैसे डुल्लट ने सलाद्दीन जो आतंकवादी है उसके लड़के का मेडिकल में एडमिशन कराया उनको पैसे देता था। ये सब इसके कर्म थे। लेकिन ये दो दो मुद्दे ऐसे हैं जिस पर देश इससे जवाब मांगता है कि ये कैसे हुए? इंटेलिजेंस फेलोर के ही मुद्दे हैं और एन के सूद ने और इसको नंगा किया है कि जो आईसी 814 कंधार वाली है वो 15 दिन पहले रा को इसकी सूचना मिल गई थी लेकिन वो सूचना वही दफ़न कर दी गई वो सूचना आगे नहीं बढ़ाई गई क्यों किसको फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए ये और ये डुल्लट एक पत्रकार पर टूट पड़ा

इस पर केस भी बनता है कि आप हाथ उठा रहे हैं। उस पत्रकार को चाहिए कि इस पर FIR दर्ज कराए क्योंकि सहमति से इसके घर में जाकर के इंटरव्यू पडकास्ट करने गया। ये बौखला गया? ये गुंडा की तरह व्यवहार करने लगा।

इसका ISI का दोस्त है असद दुर्रानी है उसके साथ मिलके इसने किताब लिखी वो पाकिस्तान के ISI चीफ था ये हिंदुस्तान का रा का चीफ था और दोनों ने मिलके लिखी इंग्लैंड में और इस डुल्लट का एक घर लंदन में है भारत किसी रा के चीफ का या किसी भी सैन्य अधिकारी का घर लंदन नहीं जो इसका है कहां से आया पैसा?किसने दिया इसको पैसा? क्या इसकी फंडिंग के सोर्स है जांच होनी चाहिए इस डुल्लट की जांच बहुत जरूरी है कारगिल युद्ध और IC 814 इस देश की पीठ में मारे गए खंजर की तरह क्योंकि दोनों में इंटेलिजेंस फेलोर थी और इंटेलिजेंस फेलर का सरगना यही डुल्लट जो बाद में बता रहा था कि मेरे तो कांग्रेस से बड़ा लगा मतलब आईडियोलॉजिकली CONgress साथ हूं नकली गांधी के साथ हाथ में हाथ डालकर भारत जोड़ो यात्रा।

Operation Sindoor has changed the engagement protocols in the Indian subcontinent. 

This was not conventional warfare. It didn’t involve a massive invasion or a decisive blow aimed at crippling Pakistan’s military capabilities. Instead, it represented a courageous assertion of both capability and purpose. 

For many years, Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal acted as a protective barrier. It dissuaded India from conventional responses while allowing Islamabad to persist in its proxy warfare through terrorism. Major terror incidents — including attacks on Parliament in 2001, Mumbai in 2008, and Pulwama in 2019 — were often met with calculated restraint. 

The government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made it abundantly clear: India will no longer allow itself to be manipulated by Pakistan’s nuclear threats. Should terrorism be utilized as a tool of state policy, responses will not be confined to improvised terror camps — they will encompass a broad range of Pakistan’s power apparatus, including its military and strategic assets. This marks the new operational doctrine.
