IDF: At least 4 gunmen killed in drone strikes during arrest raid near Tulkarem
At least 4 Palestinians have been killed in overnight drone strikes in the Nur Shams camp close to the West bank town of Tulkarem, the Israel defense Forces said Sunday.
The IDF showed the attack targeted a group of Palestinian gunmen, adding that reservists and Border police officers working inside the camp arrested four wanted Palestinians, and seized two firearms.
IDF engineering cars exposed explosive gadgets planted under and on the perimeters of roads within the camp, which have been meant to be detonated against troops, it said.
The army said that troops additionally observed an explosive device inner a clinic in Nur Shams, in which wanted Palestinians had been hiding.
