I'm forwarding this msg to all contacts in my phone book n request you all do so as I did;

*A Great Feedback From an Army Veteran on Supreme Court's Order on Human Rights in Kashmir*

An Army veteran, who lost a family member to a militant’s bullet, has raised an agonising poser to the Supreme Court, *“How much do you know about the brutality of war?*

*How many of you have sent your progeny to the armed forces*?

*Have you ever lost a family member in the defence of the country*?

*Do you know the pain of losing a young son or having a widowed daughter or seeing your grandchildren grow up without their father*?
*If not, please do not impede our war effort. Human rights sound very nice when you and your families are safely ensconced in secure air-conditioned homes but not when you are facing bullets and stone of a unruly religious fanatic mob*.”

*Applying the Court directions to the Pulwama incident, an FIR will be lodged against Gunner Rishi Kumar who risked his life and killed two terrorists despite being hit on his headgear*.

Police investigations will carry on for years haunting him even when posted to other places in India.

*Courts will issue summons and demand his presence. He will be accused of depriving the ‘innocent’ jihadis of their human rights and asked to justify the killings*.
He will be queried, *Are you sure they were terrorists? They did not kill you, why did you kill them?*
He will be asked  *"Did you give them adequate opportunity to surrender and reform themselves?"*  *Did you give them a fair chance to escape?* *Did you fire warning shots in the air?"*

*Instead of lauding his bravery, he will be subjected to judicial witch-hunt. What a disgrace for the nation*!

*Subjecting active military operations to judicial review is an outlandish idea. Whereas all nations empower their soldiers to vanquish enemies of the state, India takes pride in shackling them*.

While addressing the U.S. Naval Academy in April 2010, *Secretary of Defence Robert M Gates of USA had said, “* *You have answered the trumpet call. For my part, I consider myself personally responsible for each and every one of you as though you were my own sons and daughters. And when I send you in harm’s way, as I will, I will do everything in my power to see that you have what you need to accomplish your mission – and come home safely."*

*Apparently, India’s Supreme Court thinks differently*. *Human rights of the enemies of the state appear to be far more important than the security of the country*.

*Finally, as a serving officer commented wryly, “The Supreme Court has given us two options* – *get killed and the country will honour your martyrdom* or
*kill the terrorist and face police/judicial investigations for years."*

His apprehensions are genuine and shared by the most. Wonder which soldier will look forward to serving in such antagonistic environment!

*Appeal to All Indians*:-
*However, Let us all make this a People's movement so that the Supreme Court will Reconsider the issue and Appreciate its gravity*.
*We cannot Fight for India on borders but We can Fight for our Soldiers Betterment from the safety of our homes

  THE ART OF GIVING

With the holiday season here, it is time for giving. However, giving goes much further than something you do around a certain time of year. For example, believe it or not, the art of giving can unlock true abundances in your life. On top of that, it feels good to help others and put a smile on their face.
Basically, giving is good for others as well as yourself. It’s a winning situation from all sides and something we could all stand to do just a little more.
Check out this article about the importance of giving from FINERMINDS.
Right now we’ve got some serious world issues on the agenda – financial meltdown, war, climate woes – which leads to a tendency to turn inwards. Crises put us in ‘me’ mode. It makes us feel scared, like there’s not enough of anything – money, jobs, security – to go around.

What kind of energy vibrations are we sending out into the world by doing this?

When we’re all thinking, acting and feeling selfishly, what do we get? We get less of everything. The universe mirrors us. One of the best ways to combat this urge to curl into an anxious ball and hoard all of our worldly possessions is to give. It’s that simple.

When you give something from your heart without expecting anything in return, you will unleash a powerful force into the universe that will positively boomerang back to you in incredible ways. You will usher in good vibrations and abundance into your life. Give unconditionally, without the expectation of rewards. Simply give because you’re happy doing it.

Even the act of giving has its own rewards. Studies show that those who give enjoy:
•Better health (enhanced immune system, lower cholesterol, stronger cardiovascular fitness, less chest pain)
•Increased life expectancy
•Less stress
•More friends
•Being able to find a romantic partner and meaningful jobs in a shorter amount of time

A study by me on RSS Volunteers reported that 50% of volunteers felt healthier as a result of the work they were doing. With one in five reporting that they had lost a significant amount of weight while doing volunteer work.

People generally believe that volunteering and donating money are wonderful ideas. But for the majority it stays at the idea level. They never do it. They put it off for later when they hopefully have a little more time and money.

The important part is to start giving now. It doesn’t matter how little. It’s about creating the habit of giving, which will serve you (and, most importantly, others!) for a lifetime.
Two Popular Ways to Give:

Donation

There are so many organizations out there that focus on critical issues – poverty, education, women’s rights, health issues, etc. – at the local, national and international level. Get on the Internet and start researching causes that mean something to you. Identify organizations that are aligned with your interests and goals and help them out financially. Many people say, “well, I don’t want to just give money.” They have the philosophy that instead of giving a person a fish to eat, they would rather give them a fishing pole and teach them how to fish, so they can eat for a lifetime. Completely understandable.

The great part is there are many organizations out there that do just these sorts of things – organizations that are very much focused on education, training and empowerment. By supporting these groups, you are essentially teaching a group ‘to fish’. Here are some websites to get you started: JustGive, Network for Good, Just Giving.

An alternative to a financial donation is to donate clothes or other material items that will benefit another person or group. It’s as easy as finding a local shelter and dropping off items from time to time. You can even mobilize your friends and family members to donate as well, which will help out even more. And perhaps you have your own business. Committing 10% of you profits to charities is a great way to give back.

Volunteering

Another important way to give is through service, giving some of your time to make things better or easier for another person, animal or even the environment.

Ways o Build Your confidence and Self Esteem

7 Ways to Build Your Confidence and Self Esteem

Could You Use A Little More Confidence And Self-Esteem?

7 Ways to Build Your Confidence and Self-EsteemWe all go through it from time to time; moments of complete insecurity and lack of confidence.
Maybe we are not good enough; maybe we are not as smart as we think we are or maybe, no body respects us.
These are all doubts that pop into the mind of any living human being.
But as much as almost everyone experiences a ‘confidence crisis’ some time, there are those who simply seem invincible.
People who are highly self-confident and seem able to do anything and face anyone.
The truth is, we can all build up our confidence levels.
There are little tricks that the most confident people use to ensure that they can hold their heads up high every single day.

Here are 7 Ways to Build Your Confidence and Self-Esteem.

1.Practice Being Confident:
Yes, like almost everything else in life, confidence is something that you can practice. And the more you practice it, the better you become. Meaning you will get more confident with practice. There is a lot of material on this subject matter.
Read up on as many as you can get your hands. Study confident people and make your job to mimic them. See how they stand tall and speak deliberately. See how they do not shy away from anything and how they believe they can conquer the world. Practice doing all this with every situation in your life and soon enough it will become a habit.
2.Smile More:
This is the simplest and one of the most basic ways through which you can give yourself a confidence boost every day. Have you ever heard the common mantra that goes ‘when you look good, you feel good’? As it turns out, the reverse is also true, ‘when you feel good, you look good’.
This is what smiling does to people. It fools your brain into thinking that you are feeling good. Which in turn induces more smiles; genuine smiles and you actually begin to feel good. It is a known fact that we are more welcoming; more sociable when we are happy. This elevation in mood translates into an elevation in confidence.

3.Always Look Good:
There is something to be said about dressing up. The way you look has a direct effect on how you feel and that has a direct effect on your confidence level. When you look your best, you feel really good. You can stand tall and let people take notice. You can walk around with your head held high because you know that everyone around you is appreciating how good you look.
Additionally, looking good makes people treat you differently. And the better people around you treat you, the more self-confident you become. So do not be afraid to dress up.
4.Expect to Succeed:
Out of all the 7 Ways to Build Your Confidence and Self-Esteem, this might the most effective. This is something winners do all the time. They know that they may fail, but they do not expect it to happen. They expect to succeed. This is mostly because they are not afraid to put in the work that will improve their chances of succeeding.
It is a known fact that a majority of human beings are pessimistic. Most people go into many situations expecting the worst. This is their way of shielding themselves from the damning disappointment when they do fail. What many do not realize is that this kind of mentality actually affects your performance negatively and often creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of failure.
When you expect to succeed, you will do everything, consciously and subconsciously to ensure that it happens. And you will find that more often than not, you do succeed. Success is the one sure fire way of building self-confidence.
5.Watch Your Inner Critic:
It is true that self-criticism is a great way to grow. But it can also be a quick way to fall into self-doubt. Your inner voice is one of the most powerful forces within you. If it says you cannot do it, then sure enough you will find that you are unable to do it. Watch that voice.
When you find that you are beginning to doubt yourself, think of all the things you have achieved, no matter how small. Tell yourself that if you could achieve those things, then you can achieve this. That is how you silence your inner doubting-Thomas.
Think positive, do not negative
6.Be Realistic about Your Goals:
It is natural for everyone to think that they are more capable than they realistically are. The sad fact is that we can actually do whatever we set our minds to. Given enough time, enough motivation and enough resources, anybody can do anything they set out to do. But unfortunately, we hardly ever have enough time, motivation and resources.
We must work with what we do have. That is why we must set realistic goals. By achieving the smallest of things regularly, you will develop a snow-ball’ effect of sorts. This will get you going and having you set your eyes on to bigger things. And along the way, you will develop better confidence because you started off by setting realistic goals.
7.Develop a Reliable Support System:
We cannot do it alone. Being social creatures, we all need approval and acceptance from our fellow man. If you develop a sturdy support system around you, then you can be sure you will always have people to fall back on when your confidence wanes. Maybe a friend, a mentor or even your therapist; it has to be someone/people who have your best interest at heart.
These are the people who will regularly remind you that you are not worthless. They will remind you of your past successes and they will inspire you to do more. Knowing that someone believes in you is a great motivational tool that will help you get out there and get on with it.
7 Ways to Build Your Confidence and Self-Esteem featured
In conclusion, practicing any of these 7 Ways mentioned above will help you build your confidence and self-esteem, but you need to remember that you are HUMAN!
We all make mistakes.
So, don’t let the fear of failure and the need for ‘perfectionism’ eats away at your confidence.
Dedicated to your success!
Cheers

WHY INDIAN MEDIA NOT SHOWING THIS

832 Pakistani soldiers killed in massive retaliatory fire by India says PAK Media dawn.com Exposing PAKISTAN ARMY & ISI SECRET!!
Since the BJP government took over, the media is hell bent of spreading a negative image of Kashmir saying that the situation has worsened in the last 3 years. But the media never want to show the real situation of Kashmir and how many terrorists and Pakistani soldiers have been killed across border by Indian army. The real picture will embarrass the pseudo liberal media and the Azadi gang.
Since past 2 years, the big change what Modi government has brought is, its given free hand to soldiers and army. Hence the army has gone all out war against Pakistani terrorists and even soldiers.
Major Hizbul terrorists have been killed by the army which has dented these Pak sponsored terrorism movement in the valley. The level of desperation has made them go on rampage in the city attacking civilians and police personals like cowards. The number of infiltration have gone down several times, the army deaths have also reduced compare to past 4-5 years. But the media is only projecting a wrong picture trying to malign the Central government.
The media created a hue cry when Burhan Wani was killed and tried to project him as innocent. But the army was in no mood to hear the same rhetoric of the anti National gang and continued with their strike against these cowards and killed his successor Sabzar Ahmed Bhatt recently. The surgical strikes conducted last year was a massive blow to Pakistan and nearly 100 terrorists and soldiers have said to be killed.
Indian army has retaliated more than 12-15 times in past 2-3 months killing over 832 Pakistani soldiers and injuring over 3000 personals. Over 3,300 houses have said to be damaged. These numbers were not given by Indian army, but Pakistan director general (DG) of the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) informed the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Kashmir Affairs. Just few days back, the defence minister of Pakistan had also asked the Pakistan army to submit a report providing complete details on the number of soldiers death which the Pakistani army refused to give.
The whole data was set to be tampered and Pakistan army did not want to reveal the actual number of deaths. The spokesperson for the POK(Pak occupied Jammu Kashmir) also said that the casualties on the border was very high and even then the Pakistan government was not helping them in providing financial aide to the soldiers family. “Indian behaviour has been inappropriate of late, which is why security agencies are recommending that the members of the committee postpone their visit to the LoC,” Hussain informed the committee.
This information is more than sufficient to get clear picture of what exactly is happening Kashmir and LoC and whether Indian army is taking stringent action against the terror country Pakistan. Indian media will never show these facts as its not a very good news for them. So those people who think that Indian government and Army doesn’t take proper action should read the report in DAWN newspaper of Pakistan!

फिर यह दृष्टिभ्रम क्यों मोदी जी?
   #AnujAgarwal

MY SALUTE TO MY BROTHERS OF INDIAN ARMY ON ARMY DAY

Army officer says:
Saw list of fatal battle casualties of Army on 2016 published in newspapers. Total of 86 is surely high. I pray for the departed souls and their kith & kin. Noticed list included 10 officers including 2 Lt Cols. Officers casualty sure is very high. Does this speak of ethos of our Army? Officers form less than 3% of 12.6 Lakh strong Army yet their casualties rate is 11.5%. Yes, this is incontrovertible evidence as seen repeatedly in all wars and operstions year after year that Indian Army officer class leads from front. Even a junior most officer holds the position of Company second-in-command or higher. Yet, in harms way, he voluntarily leads a platoon, a section or even an specialist assaulting detachment. Why does he do so? Is it foolish fatal attraction with death? No way sir, he does it bcoz of wht is ingrained in him : my own safety & welfare comes last, always & everytime. That he would let harm come to his men, 'paltan's izzat' or to innocent citizen, only over his dead body.
Consider this also. Today, even in intense operational areas, owing to shortage of officers, the hardscale of 12-14 officers are performing duties of 20-22 officers. In so called 'peace' areas with excruciating training & planning regimen, only 5-8 officers perform all duties of 20-22 officers. Miracle is that how do they still perform so effectively. Of course, by routinely sacrificing on his/ her personal welfare, administration and rest. And then we see our media going ballistic over video posted by few 'rogue soldiers' to question morality of Army officers and the institution of 'buddy system'. Yes, buddy system is the very basis of officer-men camaredrie at the micro level both in peace & war. It is at the core of all battle drills and battle procedures. It is not thay jawan is buddy to the officer - both are biddies to each other and both take care of each others professional & admin committments as well as safety & risks, albeit in different ways. It is not the Army but the media or few bleeding hearts who demean the buddy by calling him 'domestic help'. The officer & his buddy have bonds based on extreme mutual trust. They trust their lives on each other. They trust their weapons & ammunition on each other. They trust their cash, security of personal assets & even welfare of families on each other. They are a 'family'.
Let those who have no clue of Army's values, ethics & morals and how it translates into day to day functions whethet in peace or war, refrain from commenting on Indian Army's officers and men.
On this Army Day, I remain as proud of my Army. I am also certain that all JCOs, NCOs & Jawans (excepts for odd few counted rogues out of over 12 lakh and who surely need to be weeded out) are as proud of our great Indian Army

More Time=Happiness?

In a recent newspaper article I've read titled, "Want to be happier? Start thinking more about death" by Arthur C. Brooks, the author shared tips on how to be happier by thinking about our final hour. It may be a little too much to be talking about D-day this early, but the key takeaway from the article is this:

Be more aware about where you spend your time.

Many may not notice this, but how we spend our time has got a large part to play on our success. Moreover time is a one way resource, you can't live our time that had passed. Everyone has got the same 24 hours a day to spend on something productive, impact full and life changing. 24 hours to apportion and spend on things worthwhile, such as, creating your life's work for example. So get up, get going and get started on making every moment your best!

Try these time-saving tips:

1. Do an audit of how you spend your hours on a daily basis

Start by finding out where your daily hours go by charting out a time sheet and filling in the hours where you are required to work, your down times, meal times etc. This is a visual exercise to get you to identify pockets of time where you can save.

2. Eliminate gaming apps on your phone.

Do you play games on your phone? If you do, I don't blame you. In 2015, the gaming industry was predicted to hit $91.5 billion in profits. Game developers are skilled in their game design to keep your adrenaline high and the result, you being hooked on the game. The more time you spend on the game, the more you are captive audience for their advertisers to market more of alternative gaming products to steal your time.

Do yourself a favour. Delete those gaming apps and gain back the control you have over your time. You may just save on your energy bills too (from constantly having to recharge your phone).

3. Limit TV and social media time.

In a simple Google search, adults spend 5.5 hours watching TV or video content daily. Assuming we have 16 waking hours, that's 34% of our time! All these time are dead space which could be better used in family time, engaging meaningful conversation or even exercising! No more excuses for not looking after your health better now!

4. Make use of your commuting time.

Commuting time is the best time to catch up on reading in my point of view. Instead of just staring out of the window, people watching (if you're not catching up on sleep that is), how about investing that amount of time in reading something that adds value to your personal/professional life?

If you drive, how about checking out audio books? This is a great productivity tool for busy people! Listen to self help or motivational talks while driving. You're even able to listen to them while doing your daily chores about the house or when you're getting ready for the day, in the morning!

Try these and see what changes they can do for you.
Be sure to let me know how that goes!
