If you are alive today then you have two choices; you can live a life that has no real substance or you can live a life that matters. What's the difference? To get up everyday, go to work, come home, relax, spend time with family and loved ones only to go to bed and repeat that cycle every day is not a fulfilling life. Yes, it is functional. It may even pay the bills. But your life is about much more than just paying the bills. What about a life where you still get up, go to work and come home to relax with family and friends but to find more than that. To discover that there are hurting people all around us who can use a hand up instead of a handout. To inspire, encourage and enable people to get back up again. To go to bed each night feeling like your contribution to someone else's life has made a difference is a great way to end the day.
