How To Get Clarity

Brain entrainment (or train your brain) is a means of accomplishing this that happens to be gaining in popularity. Many people have not heard of brain entrainment before so if you are brand new to it, do not feel alone or out of the circle.
Brain entrainment is basically exactly what it sounds like, training your brain. The idea is no different than when you went to school as a child or when your parents taught you morals and values. While the techniques used in brain entrainment may be different than the other examples, the same goal is in mind, training someone’s mind.
Brain entrainment uses techniques such as binaural beats and isochronic tones, both of which are known to help people with many different issues. In most cases, the only tool needed to participate in brain entrainment is some type of device to listen to it.
In today’s society, it seems like smart phones and mp3 players are a must have. Therefore, using these recordings is more than convenient.
Brainwave entrainment functions on the idea that our minds function on frequencies so they can therefore be manipulated in positive ways by using certain frequencies. Many different things can be achieved with the use of brainwave entrainment including deeper focus, enlightenment on life and even clarity in the mind.
In order to be able to live life happily and make a success of your life, or maintain the success you may have already achieved, it is of utmost importance that your mind is clear.
An added bonus that you can receive by using brain entrainment is the fact that it can provide those who use it with an ability to meditate on a much deeper level. Those who practice meditation know how helpful it can be when it comes to keeping a clear mind and remaining level headed.
So to wrap things up, you do not have to wander through life confused and blinded by the fog in your clouded mind. Turn on your fog lights and find your path back to clarity with the help of brain entrainment.
There is no reason to deny yourself something that may possibly change the circumstances of your life!
Enjoy !

THE FREEZER

The below story has made rounds in the Internet like wildfire, with different but similar versions. Thus sharing it here, for you to enjoy and perhaps it may speak to your inner thoughts and evoke certain thoughts?
A woman works in a meat distribution centre as a high-ranking supervisor. One day, before knocking off, she decided to check out the meat in the freezer. After going through a few of them, she entered a freezer and to her horror, the door closed and she was locked from the outside.

She tried screaming for help but no one came to her rescue as the structure of the freezer is made in a way that sounds cannot travel beyond the freezer. It would be 12 hours later before anyone opens the freezer—and by then, she would have frozen to death.

Seeing that she could do nothing, she resigned to her fate, trying to keep alive as long as possible. She knew that within three to five hours, she would be dead, and that in the next three to five hours, no one would be in the factory.
Just as she was about to slip into unconsciousness, the door opened. It was a security guard. She ran out immediately, and realized that she was just seconds from dying. After she has regained her composure, she asked the guard why he had been there. After all, they were just needed to walk around the factory and not open freezers —there were like hundreds of freezers around!
The guard smiled and said this to her: “I’ve been working here for very long, and every morning and evening, people come and go without greeting me. Some even scolded me for opening the gates too slowly.
But I remember you, because every morning, you say, ‘Good morning’ to me, and when you’re leaving, you’ll say, ‘Goodbye, see you tomorrow!’” “So today, when I didn’t see you leaving, I got worried because you had greeted me in the morning. I thought something might have happened to you, but I wasn’t sure, so I just opened each freezer, in case you’re trapped.
It turned out that you’re really trapped.” Most people would say that the moral of the story is that one should be humble and respect others. At the same time, it also conveys the message that every individual has their value and strength, and can contribute to society, no matter how big or small their perceived role in life. Is this a timely reminder to respect and value others for who they are?

12 Amazing Facts About Your Brain

Did you know that conscious impulses can travel at speeds of up to 140 miles per hour? If you think that’s amazing, consider the fact that unconscious impulses travel at around 100,000 miles per hour. The Human Brain  has been called the fastest processor in the universe (at least, for now).

Here are 11 more amazing facts about the absolutely unbelievable power of your mind that you will want to be aware of, because understanding your mind and how it works is pivotal to your ability to achieve your own goals and dreams.

The Conscious Mind:
#2) Comprises 17% of Brain Mass But it only controls 2-4% of your perceptions and behavior.
#3) Looks for Patterns and Objects that are Familiar Interestingly, the conscious mind also rejects patterns and objects that aren’t familiar.
#4) Is Where Your Free Will Lives This is the part of you that thinks and reasons, and it is also the part of you that will decide what kind of changes you need to make in order to live the type of life you want to experience.
#5) Is Under Your Control No person or circumstance can force you to think about thoughts or ideas that you don’t specifically choose.
#6) Determines Your Results The thoughts you choose and impress from your conscious mind to your subconscious will determine where you go and what you do.

The Subconscious Mind:

#7)  Is 5/6 of Your Brain Mass

Further, it controls 96-98% of your perceptions and behaviors.

#8) Averages 400 Billion Operations Per Second

#9) Is Non-Verbal

Your subconscious mind sees in pictures and patterns, which is why creation of vision board and regularly contemplating it is such a great idea.  Your subconscious mind actually believes as totally true every picture or image you send it.

#10) Doesn’t Know Truth From Fiction

This part of your brain doesn’t know the difference between an apple and a picture of an apple–or, for that matter, between reality and imagination.

#11) Directs Sensory Input

Your subconscious brain has to complete so many operations per second because it is constantly assessing sensory input and deciding what to do with information.

#12) Is Re-Trainable

If you have negative patterns of thinking, bad habits you want to change or an inability to move forwards in achieving your goals and dreams for your calmness of spirit, financial abundance, or loving relationships, you can change that via a program called brain retraining. Once an idea is chosen and consistently trained and emotionalised into the non-conscious mind, perceptions and behaviors change to find and produce the desired result.

WHO THINKS HE CAN

"If you think you'll lose, you're lost
For out of the world we find, Success begins with a fellow's will
It's all in the state of mind.
"If you think you are outclassed, you are,
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
"Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN!"

Do Not Be A Prisoner Of Your Expectations

Whatever the mind of humans can conceive and believe, can be
achieved. Think about it, many are prisoners of their
expectations when they are not fortunate beginners or
succeed after a few tries. You must be willing to fail until
you do definitely and definitively succeed. "Failing
forward" is the best way to be, for, through this technique,
you ultimately succeed permanently through persistence of
not just effort, but persistence of creativity.

Creative persistence creates success. I am not at all
writing about being stubborn or trying the same thing until
you go insane. No, not at all. I mean persisting creatively
until you do succeed, even if the failures seem infinitely
happening and even endless at times.

Everyone solves problems in existence, everyone fills a need
in existence as they solve problems. The point to this
sentence is, that is the thing that happens forever
endlessly, without matter to how much "perfection" we
achieve or greatness we achieve as long as there is life and
active existence, there is always an opportunity to act,
fail and succeed.

If you accept the nature of temporary failure for what it is,
you can succeed at any reasonable or "unreasonable" goal.
The word "unreasonable" is in quotes for this reason:
Anything that can be creatively conceived can ultimately and
reasonably be achieved by anyone who is willing to pursue
success despite the temporary failures to achieve on the first
few tries.  My point is, everything seems unreasonable
until it is done and a normal
thing that is done by everyone.

When I say, "do not be a prisoner of your expectations,"
this is exactly what I mean: To create a winner, you must be
willing to temporarily fail until you succeed. Note here: I
said the word "willing", I did not say that you must
temporarily fail to succeed. Some succeed the first time,
some succeed after many times. But my point is that you must
be willing to try, do and both, if needed until you do
succeed.

Listen, only a fool believes in permanent failure and
genuinely unreasonable goals. A genuinely intelligent person
believes in success through perseverance and persistence. A
good or great effort is never lost when that sort of
persistence is involved.

Unleash your potential,
