On November 30, 2024, Info Edge declared that it has lodged an FIR against Rahul Yadav of Housing.com, through an exchange filing. 

Info Edge's lodging of an FIR against prominent officials of 4B Networks signifies the latest development in an extended conflict with the proptech enterprise. The disagreement initiated in early 2023 when 4B Networks, guided by Housing.com founder Rahul Yadav, failed to deliver vital financial information asked for by Info Edge, which maintains a 65 percent interest in the company.
