CNN’s Dana Bash tries responsible Netanyahu for Hamas attack: ‘Why won’t you take responsibility?’

As the warfare among Hamas and Israel rages on, CNN’s Dana Bash desires Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to provide an explanation for why he received’t “take personal responsibility” for failing to prevent the savage attack on his state.


On Sunday’s “State of the Union,” Bash told the embattled prime minister, “I realize you’ve been requested this several instances, but I have had more than one people internal Israel attain out to me, knowing that I was going to interview you, and say the only aspect they need to hear from you is that you take personal obligation for failing to save you the October 7th attacks and defensive your humans.”


“I understand you are saying the time for so that it will come after the war,” she endured. “Why received’t you're taking obligation now?”


“I’ve already addressed that in many instances,” Netanyahu answered. “And I said this entire question may be addressed after the battle.”

“Why now not now?” Bash pressed.

“Did humans ask Franklin Roosevelt after Pearl Harbor that question?” he asked. “Did humans ask George Bush after the wonder attack of September eleventh?”

It isn’t the first time the prime minister has invoked Pearl Harbor and Sep 11. As strain established on Netanyahu to claim a ceasefire in Gaza, the prime minister made clear  it wasn’t going to take place.

“I’ve said we’re going to answer these kind of questions, which include me,” Netanyahu told Bash. “I’m going to be asked difficult questions.”
