Now, let’s start with the latest developments and see just how deep the problems are getting for Modi Shah, and how his direct opponents are now going to be left with their hands tied. Murli Manohar Joshi said there’s income inequality in India. The top 10% of the population holds 65% of the resources. I told you the income share is 70% because his number was 21, mine was 24. And aside from that, when we say our GDP has inclreased.
The GDP per person is calculated by dividing the total GDP by the population. Our GDP per capita is $2,878, while in Japan it’s $33,000, even though our economy is bigger. This shows that people in our country have very little, and most of the wealth is controlled by a few rich individuals. They thought Narendra Modi was a guy popping up everywhere so they sent Modi ji to Delhi and didn’t let him come back to Gujarat in any way, and this went on for a while. Meanwhile, there was an earthquake in Gujarat. You’ll remember, it happened right after that earthquake.
Kishu Bhai's influence kept weakening more and more, so there was a chance that the Bharatiya Janata Party might lose power here. That’s when Modi got an opportunity to make a comeback in Gujarat. He returned in 2001, took charge, and then the first scandal happened. Sanjay Joshi had been blocking him from entering Gujarat for 10 years. Then a scandalous CD involving Sanjay Joshi came out—who made that CD? Advani Ji pushed for it. And Sanjay said, no, make him the leader. In 2005, another sex scandal CD involving Sanjay Joshi surfaced. This CD was released just three days before the BJP’s National Council meeting in Mumbai.

Nitin Gadkari became the party president, and once he took over, he tried the same thing they're trying today—that there needs to be someone who can balance Modi and Shah. Modi wasn’t willing to back down. Finally, Gadkari gave in and Sanjay Joshi resigned. He’d been sidelined since 2012. And this Gadkari guy isn’t as prominent as him. The people who were always Modi’s enemies, were proposed to be made party president. I don’t know, I wasn’t inside, but the rumors say names weren’t tossed around like that. They were on that side. I mean, to balance out Modi Shah, Gadkari and Sanjay Joshi were brought in. Sanjay Joshi is in a really weak spot. So, somehow, he hasn’t gotten that big opportunity yet. That’s why the RSS thought we should introduce Sanjay Joshi first. If they oppose Sanjay Joshi, then we’ll bring in Gadkari. Modi Shah doesn’t even know where all his influence lies. But one thing’s for sure: if you look at them individually, what happens after Modi Shah’s coronation will always be decided by the RSS BJP party.
