Batala, said: "Ludhiana is just 20 minutes away from the attack site but it took me over an hour to reach Ludhiana by another route." Amrik Singh, president of
Kadian Jalandhar division, said: "People are happy when farmers open free centres, but when we block the road to make people starve for what we really want."
