Trump claimed that Democrats are now aiming for a large number of electoral votes, reaching 315.

One significant factor in Trump's win was the Republican dominance in seven swing states. From a 6-1 score in favor of Democrats in the 2020 polls, these seven states swung to a 7-0 advantage for Trump. The GOP leader has already secured three swing states - Georgia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina - and is currently in the lead in Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada. The Republican win is amplified by their control of the Senate and their lead in the House of Representatives election.
