On Friday, the army and the Hamas-run state press agency reported a new Israeli attack on a school run by the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Al-Shati refugee camp.
The army said it struck Hamas militants operating from a container on the school's grounds in northern Gaza. An AFP cameraman saw Palestinians examining the charred remains of the container after the attack, and the press agency said three people were killed in the attack.
