The Delhi high court today paused the trial court bail order of Arvind Kejriwal. Opposing the bail order, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had approached HC to challenge the bail order. The case pertains to money laundering linked to the government's old excise policy. Additional solicitor General SV Raju presented the plea to Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja, who were overseeing the matter during the court's vacation period.
