North Korea aids Russian "massacre" of civilians: Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement on Wednesday.

A senior adviser to the Ukrainian president said Wednesday that North Korea was aiding Russia in killing Ukrainian civilians and called for greater international isolation of the two countries.

The adviser criticized the "total ineffectiveness" of international sanctions against Russia and North Korea.


"It is clear that the restrictive measures imposed against Russia and North Korea are not enough."


During a state visit to Pyongyang, Putin called for a review of sanctions against North Korea and said the two countries would fight together against "US hegemony."
