He accused the Congress of planning to seize assets like 'streethan' and redistribute wealth represented by the hand-shaped symbol 'panja'. It also received a larger Hajj quota from Saudi Arabia. Modi wants elections in Aligarh, highlights past achievements and future promises, calls for early voting for reforms.
