Mamata Banerjee slips and falls while boarding helicopter in Durgapur

 


Weeks after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee suffered serious injuries at her home in Kolkata, she crashed while boarding a helicopter in Durgapur.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee slipped from her chair after boarding a helicopter in Durgapur on Saturday. ANI reported that the prime minister was assisted by security personnel. He continued to Asansol to explain the election campaign.

In a video shared by news agency ANI, Mamata Banerjee is seen trying to sit down after boarding the helicopter but lost her balance in the process.

On March 14, the 69-year-old Trinamool Congress president fell at his Kalighat house in Kolkata and suffered severe injuries to his forehead and nose. He had to stay in hospital for several hours.
