Israeli forces hit 40 Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, the army said on Wednesday, amid almost daily clashes on the border between the two countries. An Israeli drone strike injured one person in eastern Lebanon following clashes between Hezbollah and Israel on Thursday, state media and Hezbollah sources said.
A day earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant said the Israeli army was committing "criminal acts" in southern Lebanon as cross-border clashes intensified.
"Recently, Israeli Armed Forces warplanes and artillery struck approximately 40 Hezbollah terrorist targets around Aitashab in Southern Lebanon, including warehouses and weapons," the IDF said in a statement. said.
