In a case registered with CBI  the Delhi court extended Arvind Kejriwal's hearing till July 25. The court at Rouse Avenue in Delhi has extended Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's criminal trial till July 25 in a case filed against him. Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in case of law enforcement.


The court order came just hours after the Supreme Court granted temporary residence permit to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener. Kejriwal, 55, was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on June 26 while in judicial custody in the ED case registered against him.

India's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) accused Kejriwal of being the "main accomplice" of the scandal involving the now-defunct Delhi tax law. In a court in Delhi, the agency alleged that Kejriwal's partner and former AAP media chief Vijay Nair had met various liquor companies and traders since March 2021 and claimed that there was not enough interest for them to be included in the excise law.

In the previous charge sheet, the CBI alleged that Rs 45 billion out of Rs 100 billion commission received from AAP was sent to Goa through Hwala Canal between June 2021 and January 2022 and was used for AAP's election campaign in the coastal district. . The Supreme Court addressed three issues related to power; Necessity of arrest in accordance with Article 19 of the Anti-Corruption Law and the arrest of the Ministry of National Education.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Atishi, Saurabh Bharadwaj and Sandeep Pathak said the Supreme Court verdict was a "victory of truth".

. A few days ago, the ED submitted a detailed report to the court. New Delhi MP Swaraj said, "According to this bill, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is the mastermind of the GST scam."

Earlier on Friday, the Supreme Court granted interim stay to Kejriwal in the money laundering case filed against him. The court said Kejriwal will be granted interim leave as the matter relates to right to life and the Arrested case is before the grand court.
