In his Dussehra speech, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat raised concerns about threats posed by the 'Deep State', 'Wokeism', and 'Cultural Marxism'. He also highlighted the issue of "atrocities" against Hindus in Bangladesh and criticized the Bengal government for its handling of the R G Kar doctor rape-murder case. 

Bhagwat warned about a divisive "Deep State" seeking to exploit caste and community divisions with the support of certain political parties for their own gains. He called on the Hindu society to bridge caste differences and extend support to Dalits and marginalized groups, noting the unfortunate division even within saints and deities in our diverse culture.

"We will convey this message to the society," stated Bhagwat during his annual Vijayadashami address at the RSS headquarters in Nagpur. 

He emphasized that the foundation of a strong and prosperous society lies in social harmony and goodwill among various segments of the community. This task cannot be achieved through the mere organization of symbolic events. Friendship should exist among individuals and families across all sectors of society. In all places and occupations, it is important to cultivate relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. "Languages, cultures, and food may vary, but the unity of individuals and families fosters a sense of harmony within society," he stated.
