The injured individuals have been transferred to multiple hospitals in Kasargod, Kannur, and Mangaluru.

More than 150 individuals sustained injuries, with eight in critical condition, following a fireworks accident at a temple festival near Neeleswaram in Kasaragod, Kerala, late on Monday as reported by news agency PTI, citing police sources. The wounded have been transported to different medical facilities in Kasargod, Kannur, and Mangaluru. There is reason to believe that the incident occurred when a fireworks storage site located in close proximity to Veerarkavu Temple was engulfed in flames. The accident took place at midnight, according to the report. 

Authorities are investigating the fire's cause, while local communities are rallying together to assist the victims and their families.
