An official statement from Israel's military declared the elimination of Hezbollah leader Jalal Mustafa Hariri in the Qana area.

The health ministry, as cited by the ANI news agency, reported three fatalities due to Israeli shelling in the Tayr Debba region near Tyre. 

Hezbollah's primary stronghold in Beirut's southern neighborhoods was also subject to Israeli airstrikes, with additional attacks reported in Lebanon's southern region and the Bekaa area in the east.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility for a third rocket assault on the northern Israeli town of Safed within a 24-hour span. 

The group announced the destruction of an Israeli tank near the Lebanese border using a guided missile following clashes with soldiers engaging in incursions in the vicinity.

The Israeli military reported approximately 90 Hezbollah projectiles breaching into Israel on Wednesday.

Israel intensified its bombing campaigns in late September and eventually deployed ground troops across the Lebanese border by the end of the month.
