Queensland Labor MP Brittany Lauga said she was drugged and murdered in the central Queensland city of Yeppoon last weekend.
In a statement posted on social media, Ms. Lauga said she called the police on Sunday morning.
"The examinations performed at the hospital confirmed that there were medications in my body that I had not taken. These medications affected me very much," he said. Member
Keppel also wrote that she was contacted by many women who had similar experiences in the city throughout the week.
"It can happen to anyone, unfortunately it happens to most of us," he said.
"This is wrong. We should be able to enjoy the events in our village without fear of the risk of being drugged or abused." Assault Complaints.
Queensland Premier Steven Miles said the government was doing everything it could to support Ms Laugar.
"No one should have to go through what Brittany went through," he said.
"I'm just focused on Brittany and her health. I told Brittany we'll be here to support her no matter what she needs."
"These allegations are shocking... I know Brittany needs a short period of time to take care of herself and we support her in this," he said.
