A Delhi court has sought opinion from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the bail application of Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal. The Supreme Court of India has granted interim bail till June 1 to the Delhi Chief Minister in the Delhi liquor policy scam case.
On Thursday, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing before the ED, rejected Arvind Kejriwal's bail application on the grounds that the Delhi Chief Minister is "healthy" enough to campaign in Punjab for the respective Lok Sabha elections. Special Judge Kaveri Baweja had directed the central investigating agencies to file their reply to Arvind Kejriwal's application by Saturday. The court set the next date for hearing as June 1.

- Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal has sought regular bail in the Delhi Customs Policy Scam case. He has also applied for seven-day interim bail on medical grounds.
- Kejriwal has sought an extension of his interim bail for seven days to undergo a series of medical tests, including a PET-CT scan, citing "high kidney ketone levels and sudden unexplained weight loss". Serious heart disease and even cancer.
- The AAP leader is granted bail till June 1 following the Supreme Court order directing him to surrender on June 2.
