How Trump intends to establish dominance over government by breaking down the 'deep state'

Incoming President Donald Trump is set to take more control over the federal government than any recent president when he assumes office on Monday. He is moving forward with strategies to dismantle what he and his supporters refer to as the "deep state," based on information from two individuals knowledgeable about the transition conversations.

According to one source, this initiative might commence on Trump's very first day in office, potentially through an executive order that would remove job security for around 50,000 federal employees, paving the way for their replacement with selected loyal supporters.

Additionally, the Trump administration is expected to prioritize filling a multitude of political positions throughout the government as quickly as possible, as revealed by another insider. The aim is to embed political loyalists deeply within government operations, possibly even more than previous presidents have done.

As a sign of what could be expected moving forward, Trump's team has reportedly asked for the resignations of three high-ranking career diplomats managing the workforce and internal operations of the U.S. State Department, according to a report from Reuters this week.

Supporters of Trump attribute the hindrance of his agenda in the early years of his presidency to bureaucrats they consider unfaithful, who they claim delayed projects within the Justice Department, the Department of Education, and various other departments.

Approximately ten of Trump’s leading officials for his next term have been tasked with a clear directive to revitalize the federal workforce or have shown approval for such objectives, based on personnel announcements and media discussions examined by Reuters.
