This morning, a thick layer of fog continued to envelop sections of the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), causing visibility issues and influencing flight and train services for the third consecutive day.

At the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), over 160 flight services were disrupted, with more than 155 delays noted for planes lacking the sophisticated CAT III navigation technology. Officials indicated that at least eight flights have been cancelled up to this point.

Visibility at the airport was reported as nil at 7:30 am. In an update released around 7 am, the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) informed passengers that landings and departures were still taking place, although they warned that flights not equipped with CAT III might experience delays.
