Intelligence sources have revealed that the Hindu temple attacks in Canada were carefully planned and supported by the state. It is believed that Indian Missions and consulates were aware of the attacks being organized, but no police intervention or alerts were made. The directions for the attacks may have originated from high-ranking officials, with a select few individuals carrying out the plans. The motive behind these attacks is suspected to be related to acquiring Gurudwara businesses and maintaining financial gains. Reports suggest that the state machinery allegedly backed the attackers.

This claim is supported by the testimony of Hindu Canadian MP Chandan Arya and the suspension of Peel Police Officer Harinder Sohi. Sohi was suspended by authorities following the circulation of a video showing his involvement in a pro-Khalistan protest outside a Hindu temple in Brampton on social media. The assaults on Hindu temples have escalated significantly over the past year, culminating in an attack on the residence of Satish Sharma, who serves as the president of Surrey's Lakshmi Narayan Mandir.

According to sources, Indian Missions and consulates were aware of impending attacks but failed to alert authorities or make adequate security arrangements.

The situation became even more concerning when Gurpatwant Singh Pannun issued threats to Indian airlines prior to Diwali, highlighting the lack of cooperation in the investigation from the UK, US, and Canada.

Sources also expressed worry about private gurudwaras in Canada, which were reportedly becoming hubs for criminal activity. They stated that Sikh families who prioritize peace were interested in visiting Gurudwaras that do not support Khalistani activities. Intelligence sources have reported that the majority of Sikhs and Hindus are living in peace and harmony, with only two percent being influenced by Khalistani groups.

These groups are overseeing private gurudwaras, which are thriving due to business opportunities and the support of money, land, and influence in society. These gurudwaras understand that without mobilizing these individuals, it will be challenging to sustain themselves, as many Sikhs have stopped attending Khalistani gurudwaras like Deshmesh Gurudwara in Surrey and Guru Nanak Dev Gurudwara, where Hardeep Singh Nijjar was killed.
