Sebastian Zapeta, a migrant from Guatemala, has been apprehended for reportedly igniting a woman's garments on a subway train in Brooklyn. This event has ignited demands for the mass deportation of undocumented migrants in the United States, while the identity of the victim remains unknown. 

The individual accused of burning a woman alive within a subway car on Sunday is a Guatemalan immigrant. Law enforcement in New York City detained Sebastian Zapeta for the offense. He had previously been deported and lacks authorization to be present in the United States, according to reports from the Associated Press, referencing immigration authorities.

Details about the migrant who burned a woman alive in NYC 

Sebastian Zapeta was taken into custody approximately six hours after the law enforcement initiated a search operation to locate him. Officials report that he utilized a lighter to set ablaze the clothing of a woman who seemed to be sleeping on a stationary F train at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway stop in Brooklyn. The footage of the event has gained substantial traction on social media.
