Is this language of sitting Judge of SC is legal and Constitutional? Many retired SC/HC Judges have commented on such statement made by Judge Amanullah. CJI must take notice of such threatening language and take action as deemd fit. Baba Ram Dev will not get justice from this Judge as has been mentioned by retired judges.
