PM Modi will dip in the Ganges and visit the Kaal Bhairav Temple before filing his nomination in Varanasi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted a 6-km roadshow in his constituency Varanasi during the fourth phase of elections in India. Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister of Gujarat at the time, stated that he had not come to Varanasi Lok Sabha seat at the behest of anyone but because Mother Ganga had called him. Modi repeated his statement on Tuesday as he prepares to file his nomination for the third time from Varanasi, stating that he feels a close connection with the city similar to a mother's bond with her son because mother Ganga has taken him under her care.
The Prime Minister shared a video from the past on his Twitter account, expressing that his bond with Kashi is beyond words. This connection goes beyond being just a representative of the people. PM Modi stated that he is unable to put into words the spiritual experience he had.
PM Modi will start his day by taking a bath in the Holy Ganges at the Dasaswamedh Ghat followed by a visit to the renowned Kaal Bhairav temple for a puja.
