Lok Sabha election results: 62.1% voter turnout in 11 states and union territories
Voting for the third round of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections took place today in 93 constituencies across 11 states and union territories. More than 1,300 competitors competed in this important stage, including 120 women.
In this phase, 11 states and Union territories recorded a voter turnout of 62.1%.
Third voting period 26 in Gujarat, 14 in Karnataka, 11 in Maharashtra, 10 in Uttar Pradesh, 8 in Madhya Pradesh, 7 in Chhattisgarh, 5 in Bihar, Nepal, 4 in Assam, 4 in West Bengal, 2 in Goa, Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu)
The Lok Sabha elections were held in seven phases from April 19 to June 1. Vote counting is planned to take place on June 4.
