Champai Soren will officially become a member of the BJP on Friday, as confirmed by Himanta Biswa Sarma. 

Champai Soren, a former Chief Minister of Jharkhand and prominent JMM leader, is expected to officially join the BJP on Friday. This update was shared by Himanta Biswa Sarma in a late-night social media post, praising Soren as a notable indigenous leader of the nation. 

The 67-year-old leader, who had to step down as Chief Minister to allow Hemant Soren to take over after being released from jail, criticized the party leadership for disrespecting him. He stated that he would soon make a decision about his future political path. 


Mr. Soren mentioned that if he had more time, he would have taken further steps to develop the state after his resignation.
